Do I need multiple wallets?

No. Payflip gives you one balance to use from a single interface.

Do I need to bridge funds?

No. Payflip is designed so you do not have to move funds before using them.

Do I need to choose a chain or asset?

No. You interact with a unified balance without selecting chains, tokens, or gas settings.

Do I need to understand crypto to use Payflip?

No. Payflip is designed so users do not need to understand chains, bridges, tokens, or gas.

Can I still set fund preferences?

Yes. By default, Payflip requires no extra setup. If you want more control, you can set preferences without changing the simplicity of the experience.


Recipients

What do I enter to send a payment?

You enter an amount and a recipient, using a name or email address instead of a blockchain address.

What does the recipient receive?

The recipient sees the payment in Payflip. The sender does not need to manage chain or token details.

What happens if the recipient is not on Payflip?

You can still send them money using their email. When they join Payflip, the funds are available to them.


Security & custody

Is Payflip custodial?

No. Payflip is non-custodial. You retain control of your funds at all times.

Are payments instant?

Payflip is designed for payments to feel immediate from the user's perspective.

Are there fees?

Yes. Any fees are shown before you confirm, and you do not manage gas separately.
